The servo planetary unit is compact, with high torque, a wide ratio range, high efficiency and reliable performance. Series in the catalog: ZB, ZBR, ZE, ZER, ZF, ZFR, ZD, ZDR, ZT and ZTF. Housing sizes include 40, 60, 90, 115, 120, 142, 160 and 190. Ratios include 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 20. Backlash is precision or standard. Outputs are a plain shaft, a keyed shaft or a keyed bore.
Applications
Mainly the slewing mechanism of a tower crane, and also as a matched unit for lifting, excavation, transport and construction. It mounts on AC and DC servo motors for medium-precision packaging, automation, industrial robots and automated machinery.
