Product details

NMRV is a bore input with an input flange. NRV is a shaft input without a flange. DRV is a double worm combination. PCRV adds a helical pre-stage. Single-stage mesh ratios are 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100. Dynamic self-locking means the output stops with the motor and needs dynamic efficiency below 0.5. Static self-locking means a load on the stopped output cannot drive the worm wheel back, and needs static efficiency below 0.5.

Applications

For worm-gear reduction. Where the output must stop with the motor, dynamic efficiency should be below 0.5. Where a standing load must not drive the worm wheel back, static efficiency should be below 0.5.
